they are both different in that they have different structures and come from 2 seperate plants

Rose oil is an essential oil (volatile, very fluid) -  Rosa damascena (Rose) Oil and is known for calming the skin due to rose polyphenols which have a soothing calming effect. Also said to help balance female hormones and aid dry, dehydrated aging skin.

Rosehip oil - Rosa canina (Rosehip) Fruit Oil is well described by SA and is a fixed oil (thick, runny) helps greatly with scarring and aging due to numerous substances it contains.

yes but only 1-2 drops in a regular sized jar of 30-50ml creme,

essential oils are VERY concentrated.

rose oil adds a gorgeous scent, and geranium is great at calming redness and ylang ylang oil flow and frankincense helps relax facial muscles so helping with lines (frankincense is related closely to boswellia serratta ie L'oreal wrinkle decrease ingredient)
