I microwaved my prepared ALA and niacinamide cream mixture to completely dissolve ALA in it .I heated for about 10 sec and there were bubbles when I took the cream out.
Have I destroyed my mixture of niacinamide and ALA?

Part of it for sure, but there is no way to find out what part unless you spend about $1,000 by sending it to a lab for analysis.

It can't hurt, but it is like using a silly cream: it is a wasted opportunity.

If you are impatient (as I am) don't trust yourself. Use "bain marie" instead of the microwave, just as you would melt chocolate that you don't want to burn.

Thanks hannah for your reply. You are an angel for coming to everyone's rescue
I used the cream and felt mild stinging on my face. Does it mean its still potent Or should I simply  discard it?
