I've been using my eye cream for about a month and I wanted to report on it. First off I bought some 1 oz amber jars to mix in and after I had three mixes I realized I didn't want to mix them up. I tried a sharpie pen but it didn't show up. I decided a sticker would work so I found a pack of Star Trek stickers from 1989! I put Spock on my jar and it's my Live Young and Prosper Eye Cream. You know, when I think about it, don't Vulcans look like they've had Botox? Apparently they have a high amount of copper in their blood.

Eye Cream
1 oz Canvas

Dermagen
Copper peptides
Argireline
Hyaluronic acid
Niacinamide
Natural active peptides
Matrixyl
Liquid Crystal
ALA - just a pinch
EGF

It's really nice. The liquid crystal makes it so luminous and luxurious. When I put it on and smile at the mirror there are no wrinkles. I like my face cream too but I want to get over this hormonal bump before reporting back but I'm very happy.

Thank you Hannah and Jonatan for selling us such wonderful products. Special thanks to Hannah for answering all my questions about peptides, as you can tell I like them.

Hi Kungfukitten,

When you have time, would you share the amount you used for the main ingredients?  I would love to copy your eye cream.

btw, Thank you so much for the site for the fragrance oils and rosewater.  They also sell glycerin.  I just have to decide on which of the many fragrances I should try.  There are so many!  Gardenia will be one of them, as my Mom loves gardenias. They also have Neroli, which I already have from SAS.

Thanks again!

I bought their Neroli fragrance (not the essential oil) and it's super yummy! Do you like Bergamot too? I always associate it with Neroli. So wonderful. I was worried someone was going to ask me for specific amounts for my recipe. For the liquid additives, I followed the SA directions. For the liquid crystals I used one of the small white spatulas and did one big scoop. The dry additives I used about 1/8 teaspoon and only a pinch of ALA. The trick is to read through the product descriptions and then add a bit more of what you think would really help. I went back and added some more Dermagen after reading up on it. Let me know if you try it.

Hi Kungukitten,  I appreciate the amounts, which will allow me to create something useful

Using your earlier info., I placed an order for the fragrance oils, etc.  Looking forward to the different scents.  I also got some for the guys.  They have one that is similar to Cool Water.  Originally, I was just planning to make skincare goodies for me; but now, I am thinking of expanding to make some gifts for the holidays.  With the fragrance oils, the gifts will be more pleasant and fun.  My friends & family will enjoy the aroma while the SAS concoctions improve their skin

btw, in case you don't already know, SAS has a great sale of the Mitochondrial Cream.  I placed a P.O. today, along with other goodies which will give me a free Emu oil

Thanks again!

Hi again Kungfukitten,

I just looked up the Bergamot.  I should have gotten it.  It sounds really good and it's unisex.  There are limited fragrance oils for guys.  My P.O. earlier today had many oils for ladies but only two for the guys.  Will definitely get Bergamot next time.  I did ordered Neroli, as I like the little bottle of Neroli from SAS (got it with the peach, melon, and antiox, with the beginning's kit.)  Unfortunately, I don't think that we can get a bigger bottle of Neroli, by itself, from SAS.

Thanks for your ideas!  I am so happy to have found SAS and "friends" like you and experts like Hannah in the Forums.  There's so much to learn.  I am eager to create some nice concoctions

Bergamot essential oil is a bad idea. If you are discussing fragrances, I hope the composition is rather different.

I don't discuss fragrance in our forum, because fragrances don't add to skin health, but when it comes to essential oil please take into account that they can be allergenic and some of them can even sensitize the skin to light.

Dear Hannah,

Thank you for your caution.  Would it be good to use Neroli?  Since my earlier SAS purchases came with some cute vials of Neroli, Peach, & Melon, I thought that it would be ok. to use them.  I was planning to add a little to my Mitchondria cream.  I will skip the Bergamot.

Please advise.

Thanks again for sharing your knowledge,

Unless you are allergic to the chemicals in the neroli essential oil or those in the fragrances you will be perfectly fine. We don't add fragrances to our products because we are mainly interested in the activity. Some essential oils are known to be effective antibacterials or antivirals, but otherwise we prefer to leave fragrances to the individual. This way we also protect the 10% or so of the population that has a propensity to allergy in general (that 10% includes me and my family).

Thanks Hannah! I don't add fragrance to any of my face creams. I'm mixing up bubble baths and using some in hand lotion.

Hi Hannah and Kungfukitten,

I will use the fragrances to hand creams and bath stuff, for friends who don't have allergies.

Since my children and I  have allergies, I will not add any to the face creams.  But, I am tempted to try a little for the hand creams and bath stuff.

Thanks again,
