I have been using Skin Actives products on my face for years. My rosacea has virtually disappeared and my facial skin looks very youthful.  Thank you! Now I notice, particularly since I lost weight, that the skin on my upper arms, legs, neck etc is looked aged. I have not been good in the past about moisturizing,  but I am now.  In addition to Dream Cream, what would you suggest as additives for aging body skin? Anti-Aging Cream is a bit expensive as an overall body cream.

I always suggest starting with the inexpensive alternatives: ascorbic acid (on a sponge if you take showers or the bath), and rosehip oil.  Be careful because the rosehip oil will make the floor slippery.

Would you rinse off the ascorbic acid after applying to body in shower and follow up with Rosehip oil?

Or is it ascorbic acid left on body with Rosehip on top?

Thanks!

Hi Luvstolearn,

Use the ascorbic acid as a scrub in the shower mixed into the Rosehip Seed Oil. You do rinse, then just blot yourself dry afterwards to leave as much of the oil behind.

Hello! Am new here. I have ordered the ascorbic acid and rosehip oil for use on my body. Do you do this every night? Thanks!

The ascorbic acid maybe once a week. The rosehip oil: as often as you can. Just be careful, don't slip in the shower.

Ashley, do you mean ice?  your body is not meant to work at low temperature.
