Is anyone here willing to share some of their hair conditioner recipes?  I have very dry hair, straighten it, and occassionally color it so the more moisturizing and strengthening it is, the better!    I'd like to make a daily conditioner, leave in, and weekly deep conditioning treatments.

Thanks for any advice you can share!

I use plain old sea kelp bioferment. If my scalp is itchy I leave it overnight. If it is only for hair conditioning I rinse it after a couple of minutes.

How much sea kelp is necessary to get good coverage?

Thanks.

I've tried using just the sea kelp and it just leaves my hair feeling crunchy and dry, whether I leave it in or rinse it out.    I've been using a couple drops of rose hip oil and it helps some, but still not the heavy duty conditioning my hair needs.  Any other ideas?

Thanks,

I mix Sea Kelp with my shampoo and conditioner.  I also mix with my leave in conditioner and it's not hard or stiff.

Here's a few other things you can mix into your shampoo or conditioner:  soy, coconut endosperm, and sodium PCA

I use my best olive oil and mix in some bioferment. Massage into the hair a generous helping. This I leave in a couple of hours or overnight. I will use a plastic wrap or shower cap around my head, and if I have to go out I will put on a hat or similar. The heat will help for the goodies to penetrate.

Wash your hair thoroughly, and it will be shiny and soft
