I started using the hair serum at the temples (what guys call 'parking lots') about 5 weeks ago.  I can now see definite new hair growth.  Not tons of hair, and it is fine, but it is there!  Whoo Hoo!  and I use the brow serum and have seen the holes in my brows starting to fill in.  This is not an overnight fix, but it is working for me.  No noticeable change in eyelashes though.

I've read others talk about adding more items, but unless Hannah has a specific suggestion, I guess I'll just keep using the standard product.

THANK YOU SKIN ACTIVES!!!

Update:  Definitely have more hair where I am using the Hair Growth Serum.  The hairs are now about 3/4 of an inch long, and all of them came in dark, whereas much of the existing hair in the area is grey...  Yoooo Hoooo!

These posts are from 2008 so don't be surprised if you don't get an answer from our forum member.

I would expect overall hair growth to be sustained and the new hair to be dark/darker. It should take longer for new gray hair to appear.

We estimate that 4 to 8 weeks is what it takes to see some new hair growth.  This is because the growth factor have to change the biochemistry of the cells that make hair. So be patient, and don't give up, at least not before 8 weeks.

Hi Hannah

Can the growth factor turn existing gray hairs to their original color? Or is it the antioxidants that can restore color?

Also is the serum effective if you don't rinse it out every day i.e. keep adding more on top of where you applied it the previous day? (if you only wash your hair every several days) Would this make a difference to how likely it will work?

Thank you

The antioxidant enzymes and the repair enzymes can help with gray hair. The growth factor tells the cells that make hair to go on with their job.

You don't have to wash it if you don't want to.
