I know that when I turned 30 (the very next day it seemed) I also stared to notice the criss-cross thing under my eyes (also in a magnifying mirror--I don't do that anymore).  I tried soooooooo many eye creams and just about gave up on anything helping, but the SAS eye cream has improved it drastically.  It does take time and diligent use, though.

This thread cracked me up. Thanks Hannah for the smiles today. You are saying what I tell everyone who talks about magnifying mirrors...don't do it! Also, don't lean over a mirror and don't examine your face in bright daylight. It's just an unnecessary downer to your day!

Thank you! I don't have enough time to look at myself in such detail, and I think that's a blessing.

Something even worse that looking at wrinkles?  Looking at pores.  Find a book to read!
