Hi there!

My partner has really bad eczema at the back of his knees. Large red patch of itchiness!

Anyway after hours of reading through these forums, i have been mixing the following cream for him:

Canvas + Sea kelp + Green tea extract with EGCG + Licorice extract + Rose hip oil

Its been a month since he started using it and we have already seen huge improvements! Its no longer red and we are very happy. BUT he still has a problem with itching. As much as he tries not to scratch it during the day, he would incessantly be scratching in the middle of his sleep!

I have been reading in this forum that the Anti-Inflammatory cream will help but instead of buying yet another cream, is there an active I can add to our current cream to relief the itch?

p/s: we are already working on changing washing powders, shower gel etc

Try adding some niacinamide.

Zyrtec (over the counter) taken at bed time helps with that aspect of allergy better than other OTC meds.

I think you should also get the olive anti-inflammatory cream. Our prices are so low and itching is such a normal but awful problem that it is worth trying everything that may work.
