I was looking at the ingredients for the Lip Collagen serum and I noticed that it has keratinocyte Growth Factor in it. Isn't that what triggers hair growth in the hair and eyelash serums? Why is it in the Lip collagen serum? I don't want hairy lips.

Kertinocyte growth factor can't signal to grow hair in cells that don't grow hairs.

Have you ever seen lips growing hairs?

In cells that don't grow hair, keratinocyte growth factor will accelerate healing, something that comes handy when we start losing lip volume as we age.

Oh ok I see. But what if some of the serum gets outside the lip line? There are small hairs on everyone's face. Does it make those hairs grow thicker or longer?

I have been using the lip serum since it came out and purposefully extend it outside the lip line.  I have experienced no increase in amount, caliber or length of the small hairs in that area.

Just seconding what Angel says--the lip serum has caused no increase in hair growth around my mouth. Just FWIW.

I have just received my lip trio along with my serum quartet and I have to say they are amazing! The lip trio is so beautiful on the lips and you can feel a difference straight away especially on older lips you get that youthful appearence again. My serums are the best I have used, the quality is very good you can feel these serums feeding your skin. My dream cream/twilight/anti-age creams are terrific I look forward to applying my skin care regime with such good quality products. Thank you

They are supposed to work over time, so you should see improvements within a  couple of months.

I have been loving my KGF serum for my lash line and just bought the bottle for my scalp (I'm a serious shedder...I back up the shower drain every 2 or 3 showers).

I want to try the lip products, but the KGF in it scares me because I'm afraid I will grow more hair on my upper lip.

Also, I understand KGF has some great anti-aging benefits, but if I have peach fuzz on my cheeks, could it trigger THOSE cells to grow more hair?

Very good point. Those areas are not supposed to grow hair, so the KGF should not affect them.

But what if they do? I'm middle eastern, but I have female friends who are of Nordic, Asian, Indian etc descent and we all have a little bit of "peach fuzz" on our faces... Some girls have it worse than others.
For someone like me with very thin, fine, blonde peach fuzz on my cheeks is it just safer to avoid KGF on my face other than my lash/brow line?
