Oh I am sure that is the cause for my thinning hair as well.  It started during my 40's even when I was peri menopausal.

Wonder if taking Estrogen causes hair to come back. I think so.

uptowngirl- I am brand new to forum and am finding it quite interesting. To add my two cents. I am also post meno and have been bio-identical estrogen for quite some time. It has had no effect on regrowing my hair which I have been losing since I first entered peri at about age 42. No matter what Suzanne Sommers says, they are not the fountain of youth.  I am 50 now and am quite concerned, no panicked about being bald, which I truly believe I will be if I do not find a solution. I will be trying the formulas posted on this site for sure and praying. I feel I look pretty young for my age all things considered but nothing has helped with my hair loss.

Please note that so called bio-identical-estrogen is not bio-identical-estrogen at all. They may be getting into trouble with the FDA for mislabeling . So if that is not working it does not mean that phytoestrogens will not work.

I am new to SAS and I am very happy to have just received my order of KGF (and very quickly I might add, as if SAS understands the urgency a balding woman may feel.  I can imagine, "We've got a shedder!  Send this out STAT!"  Anyhow, much gratitude for your speed).

I want to make the most of this product.  I have noticed that lipids are advised.  Just wondering, should I add lipids to help my serum work more efficiently?  Or am I adding lipids to combat dryness that I may experience?

Should I add an oil or ELS directly after application of the KGF?  This information and/or any other handy user tips would be greatly appreciated.  I have a small amount of jojoba on hand, so I would probably make use of that until I make my next SAS order, at which time I think I would maybe buy some ELS and use it on my scalp and perhaps in my hair as a styling product with the sea kelp (I am quite dry, so I think it could be a good combo).  Like I said, any words of wisdom from experienced users would be helpful.  Many thanks and I am very glad to here.

When I apply mine, it seems to stick my hairs together at the roots..

Thanks!

Greetings All.

I have a few questions for Dr. Sivak or anyone available to give me some insight regarding the Hair Care Serum.  Can it be used in conjunction with Gray Hair Serum?  Or should they alternate?  Also, is it a must that they should be rinse off in the morning?  Or can they be let on during the day without concern of exposure to the sun.  Also on the Hair Care Serum, should it be followed with an oil (i.e., ELS) in conjunction with it or after it's been rinse off?

Thank-you and looking forward to your feedback.

Bea

Can raspberry kelote extract be added to the kgf serum? (Since some sources say it will promote insulin like growth factor in the skin) And , sorry if I overlooked it, but I still don't know if copper can be added to it (regardless of copper peptides do what they claim, the question is more if it will be bad for the ingredients in the kgf serum)
thanks a lot in advance

Ketones?

Remember that at Skin Actives we consider only scientific sources. Marketing stuff we just put in the recycling bin.
