There is one report, the one you mentioned. I am not sure that is good enough to use raspberry ketone, at least not in our serum. But you could add a bit to a base cream and see how you like it.

I am always on the side of caution. Perhaps I will start looking at raspberry ketone when there are 3o good papers on its use in humans.

I am very interested in trying the KGF serum.   I have a question about the directions, though:  they say to wash out the serum out the next morning.  Is this for functional reasons or for aethetic reasons?

Washing out the serum is a good idea for a few reasons, but if you don't wash your hair every day you can still use it. You can just use it the night before you wash your hair, or you can use it and leave it for a day or so. If you only wash your hair once a week I don't recommend using it daily, though. If you leave the serum in for a long time it might mess with your hair texture, some people say it makes it feel "crunchy" when left in.

Thanks

It doesn't damage your hair though, does it?  I wash it every other day, but the problem is I wash my hair at night--I have no time to wash it in the am.... I have no issue with wearing a scarf or a hat to hide crunchiness, as long as it doesn't damage my hair [biggrin]

The base is water and sea kelp, so it shouldn't damage your hair. Some people actually use our Sea Kelp Coral as conditioner. Some people don't like the smell, but if you don't mind it you could try using the serum during the day and washing it out at night. As long as you leave it on for a few hours as opposed to rinsing it right out, the actives should have a chance to work. Since we recommend use overnight and washing it out in the morning, using it in the reverse fashion will be an experiment you are testing, but you can certainly give it a try. Let me know if you have any other questions and we would love feedback on how it goes for you! [smile]
