I would love to make a LipFusion-like plumper.  I have been using LipFusion for almost a year now and I love it, but it is really expensive.  Any ideas?

I use LipFusion, too, and love it.  But I've been using Liquid Crystals + Anti-Ox Booster for several months now and find it is MUCH more moisturizing and ideal for me to use overnight.

LipFusion is still my choice for over lipstick in the daytime, but the LC + Anti-Ox blend is amazing at home!

Let me know how you like it!  It's not an exact "duplicate" (which is why I still use LipFusion during the day), but it is a great compliment to the original.

Tabetha;

what's your "lipfusion" mix in proportions of LC and Anti-ox...is this all you put in it?

Cindy,

I fill one of the lip tubes (that I got from SAS) about 1/2 way with Liquid Crystals, then add about 4-5 drops of Anti-ox and mix with the applicator.  It's a pretty pinky-peach color and soooooooo moisturizing.

That's it!

And, if you want plump, use Hannah's suggestion of adding a little (very little) cayenne pepper to the liquid crystals plus anti-ox.  You'll get some stinging but you'll also that bee-stung, super plump look.  At least, I do!

I've always been worried about plumping as I'm afraid of a shriveling(deflating) effect afterwards.

This is purely a unsubstantialted worry...does anyone have experiece that can enlighten me?
