I came across this ingredient online and wondered if anyone would be interested in it.  It's natural and is said to add lather and sudsing/foaming to even just plain water.  I know some people prefer to have their cleansers foam and I thought maybe they'd be interested in this.  I don't know if it has any other benefits but if you just want foam...  I guess it can be used on your face, body and hair!  Let me know what you think!!

It's called:

Aritha powder (also known as Reetha Powder or Soapnut Powder) Sapindus laurifolia

Saponins is how our "foremothers" a thousand years ago used to clean their hair. We can do better than that, especially if we remember that "natural" is not a synonym of "good".

Unless you tried something and found it to be great, please don't write about it. We are already being bombarded by marketing and disseminating marketing is not the objective of this forum.

Look here for information about saponins:

I'm sorry.  I was really just wondering if anyone had tried it or if it really worked or anything about it.  Thanks for the definition/link.

No problem, saponins are a good example that natural is not necessarily better. See "toxicity" in the wikipedia article.
