Thanks Nathini! Yes I suspect I have perioral dermatitis just slightly. I have been avoiding using much on my upper lip region as suggested. Also the sulphur cream actually helps alot with it. If a bump is coming up then i put a little on and it goes right down. *fingers crossed* I have a couple of little p.o bumps under my eyes which came up from use of heavy sunscreen.

I actually went to my GP and went on antibiotics (doxy) over the past week but my GI reacted pretty badly. I don't know. I think I am going to try the anti-inflammatory cream on my cheeks for a few days and see if it will calm things down. I know keeping things calm is the best option. I can tolerate BHA very well and emu oil has helped alot both because they keep things calm.

I am soon going to order some liquorice and HA and possibly the 4-ethy thing (sorry I am being lazy!).

Anyway still so glad to have found this forum and these products

An update on the anti-inflammatory cream. I think I love this cream!! I have been trialling it on my cheeks for the past 3 days and I have seen a very noticeable improvement. I can see actual skin colour instead of redness. And the lumps that had formed have subsided a lot. It is really helping. I am hoping that I will be able to build up to using the rosacea control serum too. Yay this has given me hope
