Hello all,

I want to use the egf and ceramides but cannot because I have not found a moisturizer I can tolerate to use as a base.  I also cannot use the canvas base cream or the sea kelp bio.  I have very sensitive skin.  Looking for any suggestions for a base I can use.  Would Shea Butter or Hyaluronic Acid work as a base?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Did you consider the Every Lipid Serum?  The Every Lipid Serum is very hydrating. I don't see how it could be irritating. It has Ceramides in it already and you might be able to add the egf to it.

It's a shame you are having trouble with the sea kelp, It is part of the Rosacea Control Serum and that serum has really helped me.

Bubsies,

"Cannot tolerate" does not mean much. Allergy? Irritation? Acne?

That actives like ceramides and EGF are present in a product that irritates (?) your skin does not mean anything. Ceramides or EGF are too good to ignore. How many other ingredients in the product you "cannot tolerate"?

You could try our rosacea control serum and ELS and see how it goes.

You could also try the European base or squalene.  I have found that the anti-inflammatory cream really calms my rosacea.

What I mean by cannot tolerate is that I get red, irritated skin and it also burns.  It seems every moisturizer I try causes redness or acne.  I will try the ELS Serum, but I am a little worried about the Rose Hip Seed oil causing me acne and the Vit A thinning my skin.  I already have thin skin from taking accutane and too many laser treatments.  My skin is severely dehyrated and my protective layer of skin is gone.  My elasticity has been worsened by laser genesis.  There are many people that have the same problems as I because of laser treatments.  I'm hoping the products here will help reverse the damage casued.  Thank you for all your help

I understand that you are worried, but if your skin is thin you have an even better reason to use ELS, which will provide you with building blocks for your skin.
