I had to ban Miss Chichi.  If she comes back she will come back under her own name.

I prefer not to explain too much. Let's say that she had problems complying with the new forum rule: we are who we say we are. I never thought that I had to announce such a rule because "being who we really are" comes naturally for most of us.

My apologies to the members of this forum for doing this before.

I have waist-length, super fine, permed and highlighted hair.

I absolutely ADORE sea kelp bioferment.  Last week I washed my hair on a Monday and tried mixing skb with my leave-in (Sebastian 9 or Pearatin) - it didn't mix well.  I then tried Pearatin's Leave-in Serum and Oscar Blandi's Jasmine Serum and it mixed in my hands wonderfully.

The skb cut down the "oiliness" of the serums and it did NOT weigh my hair down.  In fact, my hair was soft, full and looked great all day.

Next day, more serum and skb and still fabulous hair.  This went on for days.  I usually have to wash every 2nd day but my hair didn't get oily.

I finally washed on Sunday but this was amazing ... one week between shampoos?  Besides the goodies that skb gives my scalp and hair, its also less traumatized by weekly shampooing.

I'm now putting skb in everything.  I've become a mix-monster.

Can anyone clue me as to whether B5 mixes into water and oil bases and is actually absorbed in the hair and scalp?

thanks,

It is water soluble and it will be absorbed by the scalp.

I tried the sea kelp on the scalp AND in the hair last night. I didn't rinse it off this morning and just added some mouse on the top and voila! curls without the frizz. I must emphasize that I have very naturally curly hair with strands that refuse to stick together.

Hi! Im new to the actives world and I really need to have thicker hair! Do you ladies think that if I mix the KGF serum with the sea kelp that it would help me achieve my goal? I'm 24 and have shoulder length naturally wavy/curly hair. My hair has always been thinner but I want more hair and thicker hair! Thanks in advance!

The hair serum with KGF already contains sea kelp.

Ok. Thanks Hannah! Do you think using the serum will help me achieve more and thicker hair? I also read something about chrysin(I think)...Does that help with thicker hair as well?
